Sihanoukville, Cambodia — On the evening of Friday, 10 October 2025, His Excellency General Tea Vinh, Secretary of State at the Ministry of National Defence and high representative of His Excellency General Tea Seiha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, attended a welcoming reception aboard the Royal Australian Navy ship HMAS Ballarat (FFH 155, Anzac-Class Frigate) at the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port.
The visit of HMAS Ballarat marks a four-day goodwill mission to the Kingdom of Cambodia, from 10 to 13 October 2025. This engagement reflects the shared commitment of Cambodia and Australia to strengthening defence cooperation, promoting mutual understanding, and enhancing the enduring friendship between the armed forces of both nations
